Shipping
We ship out of the US in Arizona. After your order is complete, it takes us 2-3 business days to process and prepare orders. All sales are final unless foils are damaged and ripped as a whole (ie: more than a couple foils). You must notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your order with photos to receive a refund. Please allow 14 business days for refund to take place.
(COVID-19 Shipping delays) We will try our best to ship your order in a timely manner. Shipping delays due to COVID-19 are deemed beyond Vibe Foils control, please keep this in mind when ordering.
WRONG ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to ship in a timely manner and there is always a small window to fix an incorrect shipping address.
Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your name, confirmation number, and corrected address if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
Vibe Foils is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
